SPARTANBURG, S.C. – To celebrate the start of spring, Eggs Up Grill is rolling out three fresh new menu items for a limited time. The fan-favorite spot for breakfast, brunch and lunch will feature its Strawberry Éclair French Toast, Texas Farmhouse Omelet and Good Morning Burger from Monday, March 2, through Sunday, April 12.

“The groundhog predicted an early spring this year, and at Eggs Up Grill we’re ready to forget winter and move onto something new. In our case, that means three new menu items,” said Ricky Richardson, CEO of Eggs Up Grill. “Whether you have a sweet tooth, a hearty appetite or are looking for something with a little kick, the Eggs Up Grill menu has something new for you this spring.”

The Strawberry Éclair French Toast features custard-dipped, thick-cut brioche bread, stuffed with cream cheese frosting and topped with sugared strawberries and vanilla cream cheese sauce.

The Texas Farmhouse Omelet is a four-egg omelet loaded with crispy bacon, andouille sausage, sautéed mushrooms, home fries, pickled jalapenos and green chiles. It is topped with Hatch chile gravy for a little zing and served with a choice of home fries or grits.

The Good Morning Burger features two steak burger patties stacked with a mushroom and onion omelet, layered with melted Swiss cheese, topped with crispy bacon and fresh spinach tossed in hot bacon dressing. It is served on a grilled brioche bun.

The new spring menu items provide another reason that Eggs Up Grill is the neighborhood go-to dining spot for so many guests. In addition, the brand’s focus on serving as a friendly locale for the surrounding community means that from the moment guests enter, they are greeted by smiling team members, the sizzle of fresh bacon and the aroma of hot-from-the-griddle pancakes. The menu features feel-good favorites ranging from signature omelets to piled-high breakfast sandwiches. With to-go and catering options, guests are able to enjoy Eggs Up Grill fare outside of the location’s four walls. In short, the breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant concept has everything to make guests smile.

About Eggs Up Grill:

Eggs Up Grill is home to the whole neighborhood, serving smiles from sunup through lunch. The aromas of freshly brewed coffee, savory bacon and hand-cracked, farm-fresh eggs on the griddle and warm, attentive team members will make you feel right at home. We are “neighbors serving neighbors” daily from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Originally founded in Pawleys Island, S.C., in 1997 by restaurateur Chris Skodras, Eggs Up Grill has grown to more than 40 locations across the Southeast and is headquartered in Spartanburg, S.C. With strong AUVs and consistent comp sales momentum, it’s no wonder existing franchisees are reinvesting in the brand and new franchisees are joining the Eggs Up Grill family.

In 2018, private equity firm WJ Partners acquired Eggs Up Grill, building the team and priming the brand to rapidly grow in more communities across the U.S. with plans underway to reach the 100-location mark by 2022. For more information, visit https://www.eggsupgrill.com/franchise.
